Curaçao team during Press Event in Aruba…
WILLEMSTAD- September 14, 2018 – A delegation of the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) and tourism-industry partners recently met the Aruban press and travel agents to inform them about all that Curaçao will still be offering before we say goodbye to 2018, as well as what to expect for 2019. The Curaçao Explosion in Aruba (CEA) information fair organized in March of this year served to promote the events that had already been confirmed at the time. Following the CEA’s success, the Curaçao team returned to Aruba with updates and with an official invitation to the Aruban people to come and enjoy together with us here in Curaçao.

Those in attendance received information on a number of events that will soon be taking place on the island, with event representatives on location sharing information on Punda Vibes, Curaçao Dive Festival, Curaçao Pride, Flavors of Curaçao, Strongman Champions League Curaçao, The Flying Dutch, Festival Internacional de Música y Humor Latino, KLM Curaçao Marathon, Baseball Week and the Ilan Chester and Oscar Harris concerts. The following hotels were also present: Acoya Curaçao Resort Villas & Spa, Renaissance Curaçao Resort & Casino and City Suites Curaçao.

As a surprise for the press members Mr. Gregory Elias of Fundashon Bon Intenshon who is in charge of the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival (CNSJF) called to thank the press for their support and coverage of the 2018 CNSJF edition. The CTB wishes to thank its partners for their participation. The enjoyable meeting was part of the CTB’s ongoing efforts to position the island as “the Stage of the Caribbean.” For more details on all upcoming Curaçao events, please visit the events section on CTB’s website at: https://www.curacao.com/en/dont-miss/
